My name is Aditi Dubey, and I belong to Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh India. From the beginning of my academic journey, I have been deeply interested in technology, creativity, and digital innovation. Along with technical learning, I also explored graphic design, UI/UX design, web technologies, and artificial intelligence-related tools, which helped me build both technical and creative skills.

I wanted to gain practical experience, improve my professional skills, and understand how real IT and cyber security projects are handled in organizations. The WBL Programme provided me with an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment, learn from experienced mentors, and gain practical exposure to industry-level technologies and workflows.

During the WBL Programme, I gained practical exposure to multiple technologies and professional work environments. I worked on projects related to cyber security, digital technologies, design, and development activities, where I learned the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and continuous learning.

The programme helped me strengthen my understanding of programming concepts, web technologies, design tools, and problem-solving approaches. I also improved my knowledge of App Development, Python, HTML, CSS, UI/UX concepts, graphic designing, and AI-based tools. Along with technical skills, I learned how professional teams collaborate, manage projects, and follow structured workflows.
